blog?

Not really; but sort of.

I have little social media presence, and what is there links to this web site. However, this site doesn't just feature that which is complete and polished. It features work in progress, projects which may happen in the future and site construction stages; so it acts as a journal. All images on this web site are my own, or the work featured is mine and I have permission to use any images taken by others. It is regularly updated.

if you have a problem...

I am registered with the Architect Registration Board. http://www.architects-register.org.uk/architect/061272C.

The ARB is the statutory independent public interest body established by Parliament under the Architects Act 1997 to regulate the UK architects’ profession in the public interest. Anyone wishing to use the services of an architect should check the Register of Architects at www.architects-register.org.uk. Only registered architects are legally allowed to use the title ‘architect’ in business or practice; if they are not on the register they aren't architects.

The ARB web site has a very useful section for the public: http://www.arb.org.uk/public

There is a lot of information on this site generally about appointing an architect, working with an architect, expressing concerns and making formal complaints. This is where you should go if you need information in this regard.
